Helpful Tips for A Smooth and Successful Pick-up Experience
- Arrive on Time
- Arriving within you scheduled pickup window ensures your order is fresh and allows us to stay on schedule for all customer orders.
- Use a Large Vehicle
- A mid-size SUV, van, or larger vehicle is highly recommended. Please ensure all the seats (except the driver's) are stowed to provide adequate space and prevent damage to the balloons.
- Handle with Care
- Balloons are fragile! Avoid sharp objects, rough surfaces, and pressure against windows or doors. Make sure the vehicle is clean and free of debris.
- Ensure Proper Transportation Conditions
- Keep the vehicle cool and shaded, especially in warm weather. Proper airflow and limited stops during transport will help preserve your balloons.
- Loading Responsibility
- Our team is busy preparing multiple orders and cannon assist with vehicle loading. Please bring someone with you if you'll need help with placement or arrangement.
- Helium Balloon Safety
- If you did not purchase balloon weights, please take care to secure helium balloons. Accidental or intentional release is harmful to the environment and wildlife. We recommend weights to prevent this.
- Refunds & Cancellations
- Refund are only issued if POParazzi Balloons is unable to fulfill an order. For custom installations, production time windows may be required. Pick Up Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pick up date will receive store credit for future use toward any service we provide.
